Few hotels in Sweden can accommodate 450 congress delegates, serve them all a gourmet dinner and offer them suites to stay in. We can and without cutting back on personal service, consideration and our first-class service. The hotel offers complete congress facilities, with no fewer than 20 conference rooms of varying sizes. The rooms and technology are adapted to suit flexible solutions at exhibitions or large banquets. 164 of the 196 rooms in the hotel are suites, with a separate bedroom, living room with plenty of workspace and a large bathroom with both shower and bath. Our rooms are well planned right down to the tiniest detail, and they all come well equipped, with mini-bars, a drinks maker (free coffee, tea and hot chocolate), safety deposit boxes, hairdryers, dressing gowns, ironing boards and trouser presses. Our rooms also come with three telephones, spyholes in every door, double telephone jacks, large luggage lockers, lockable wardrobes, dressing tables and full-length mirrors. Of the 196 rooms in the hotel, 132 are for nonsmokers, 8 are for the physically challenged, there is a bridal suite with a dining room, reception room, bedroom, sauna, jacuzzi, and in total we offer 528 beds. After a long, hard day at work, what you need is a bit of relaxation in Susannas Bad, our well equipped relaxation area, which is open from 7 am to 10 pm. You will find a pool, sauna, solarium, spinning bikes and other training equipment here.

The hotel is situated to the east of Lund, close to European Motorway 22. It's easy to get to the hotel, no matter how you decide to travel - by air, boat, car or rail.
