In addition to the classic city tours, 'Villa Il Colle' organizes a cooking school, called 'Tuscan flavours' in exclusive collaboration with 'Ristorante Mamma Gina' in certain peridos of the Year. 'Villa il Colle & Mamma Gina Cooking School' 'Tuscan Flavours' offers the chance to spend delightful week during which we will teach you some cooking tradictions and typical dishes of our Florentine cuisine. A new and fascinating way of learning more about the Tuscan Cuisine, its foods and wines. The Tuscan cuisine has been a culinary tradition in our family for 4 generations. If you wish, you may also schedule an exclusive tour of the artistic and cultural sites of Florence and/or San Cimignano. Cooking classes, shuttle service included, are open even to those not staying at the Villa (please check availabilty). Among other activities, we wish to highlight the possibiity of crusising or hiking in the middle of the Tuscan country side as well as playing golf at a nearby renowned golf course, the Ugolino Golf Club.
