Built on a hillside, the guest rooms face the West with a grand unobstructed view of pines and a wonderful horizon ocean view. With more than 50 years of hotel operations, the family owned inn has the "Hofsas Touch" in décor. Being within walking distance of Carmel's best shops, art galleries and restaurants, guests can safely park their cars on the paved parking area on our grounds. Continental breakfast is served in the lounge each morning. Cable television and wireless DSL is provided in the rooms. A heated swimming pool and two dry sauna baths are available for your pleasure and relaxation. Come and enjoy Carmel-by-the-Sea with us our family hospitality. There are no two rooms alike. Each living unit has been given individual personality by its decorative theme and pleasing color scheme.
